Shipping and Handling What are our current shipping charges? All orders are subject to a minimum handing charge of $3.00 in addition to a shipping charge of 8%. Any applicable state and local taxes may apply. Standard Delivery: $0.00 - $200.00.......... Add 8% + $3.00 handling charge $200.00 and over....... Free Shipping ($3.00 handling charge still applies. Excludes international orders.) Delivery outside the contiguous U.S.: All orders outside the contiguous United States should include 20% for shipping and handling. Actual shipping charges will apply if they exceed 20%.) For UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air Service and Federal Express please call 1-800-770-8010 for shipping rates.
Merchandise Damaged or Short Upon receipt of your order, please check to ensure that you have received the same number of packages indicated on the UPS label or bill of lading. Note any damages PRIOR to signing. Keep any damaged packages for future investigation and contact our office within 10 days for replacement.
Payment Terms and Conditions Authorized purchase orders from public schools and educational institutions receive Net 30 day terms.
LLTeach Inc. Return Policy If you would like to return merchandise for any reason, you may do so within 90 days of receipt of your order. All products returned to LLTeach Inc. must be in clean, resalable condition (unless defective). Call 1-800-575-7670 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (please have your PO number).
