TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
The materials accessible on the llteach.com Website (the “Website”) are provided by LLTeach, Inc. (the “LLTeach”) as part of its contractual relationship with its customers, namely, school districts.
By accessing these materials, you acknowledge that you have entered into an agreement with LLTeach for purchase of these materials and access to the Website or are permitted to access such materials in accordance with that agreement (e.g. as a teacher in a school district who has entered into such an agreement; or as a parent of a student in a school district who has entered into such an agreement).
All materials contained in this Website are protected by copyright laws, and may not be accessed, downloaded, reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted, displayed, broadcast or otherwise exploited other than in accordance with that agreement in effect with LL Teach's customers, without the express prior written permission of LL Teach. Specific individuals may access these materials as follows:
Teachers of a school district which has entered into a contract with LL Teach for purchase of these materials and web access for teaching staff may access, print and reproduce specific lesson plans or the overall scope of the program as well as answer keys for the student class, homework and assessment activities in relation exclusively to the conducting of teaching activities in the school district with the contract with LL Teach. Teachers formerly associated with or employed by such a school district may not access, copy, reproduce, distribute or otherwise exploit the materials in any medium of expression without the prior written permission of LL Teach even if in connection with teaching activities.
School administrators employed by a school district which has entered into a contract with LL Teach for purchase of these materials and web access for teaching staff may access both teacher and student materials and print and reproduce these materials exclusively in connection with educational planning, knowledge of instruction and curriculum and/or for communications with parents and/or school boards.
Parents of students in a school district which has purchased these materials and web access for teaching staff may visit the Website to view the materials that are for their child's grade/subject matter, including lesson plans and student materials, with the exception of assessments which are available only to the child's teacher.
In all instances, only those in school districts with a contractual relationship with LL Teach may access such materials and in all cases they shall do so without altering or removing any trademark, copyright or other notice from such material. You may not share such materials in any medium of expression, including without limitation via electronic mail, with any other teacher, parent, student or other individual not in a school district with a contractual relationship with LL Teach for purchase of these materials and Website access, nor may you share your password with such individuals without LL Teach's prior written permission. The COMMUNICATOR MATHEMATICS and COMMUNICATOR name and any associated logos and any other related trademarks are the property of LL Teach, and cannot be used without its express prior written permission.
